Whipped Rhubarb Frosting
1 Cup whipping cream, 2 tsp powdered sugar, 1/4 cup diced rhubarb
WHIP first 2 ingredients until desired texture. By hand or mixer. Fold in sugared sauteed finely diced Rhubarb -That's it. DOLLUP on top of ANYTHING you can dream up! I like it with belgium waffles and hand made rhubarb ice cream. Divine with a warm beverage. Mmmmmm
WHIPPED Hungarian Espresso Frosting
1 Cup Heavy Whipping cream, Whip by hand or mixer until desired texture for your DOLLUP . 2 Tsp powdered sugar, 1 drop organic vanilla and 1/2 teaspoon of Hungarian(Or any kind) of organic instant espresso. I like decaf but you can add some Ka pow with regular coffee or espresso.
Whip until desired consistency. It freezes well too!
Fluffy Cinnamon Crunch Espresso Frosting
1 Cup Heavy Whipping cream, 1/2 tsp organic instant Espresso and a heaping teaspoon of Crushed Cinnamon Crunch cereal
Whip with a hand mixer or whatever you have on hand. Chill or freeze. I plop it right into my hot coffee. Enjoy, that easy
